  • Production Time: 5–7 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

  • Once your item passes quality checks, it is carefully packed and dispatched

2. Shipping Timelines

2.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders

  • Delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is shipped

2.2 International Shipping

  • Delivery within 7–12 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer

3. Delayed Deliveries

We strive to deliver all orders on time, but certain factors may cause delays:

  • Natural calamities or unforeseen events

  • Deliveries to remote or inaccessible locations

Return & Refund Policy

At Siaata Jewels, every piece is handcrafted with care and precision. As our jewelry is made-to-order, we have a return and refund policy that reflects both quality standards and fairness.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

  • 📸 Note: Unboxing images or videos are required to validate any damage-related claims

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Orders where the customer has changed their mind or dislikes the product

  • Customized, personalized, or modified jewelry

  • Items purchased during special promotions, discounts, or sales

3. Replacement or Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will offer a replacement of the same product or an exchange for another item of equal value

  • A refund will be processed only if a replacement is not possible
